Our Working Process

We follow the processes recommended by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to design and develop our Behavior Change Communications programs.


ANALYSIS

Understand dynamics of the Health Issue.
Develop the problem statement. Understand behaviors of the target audience and influencers.

STRATEGIC DESIGN

Define communication, behavior change, and program objectives. Prepare the implementation plan. Develop the monitoring and evaluation plan.

IMPLEMENTATION & MONITORING

Develop, pretest, and revise communication messages and materials. Manage and monitor program progress. Make midcourse alterations based on results.

EVALUATION

Measure outcomes and assess impact. Disseminate results to key stakeholders. Revise or redesign program based on evaluation findings.
